I figured it might be useful for collabs and such to know what kind of games we all like. We all know what kind of games everyone does videos on, and I assume everyone plays a little bit of everything, but I want to know your favorites.
I generally prefer Action/Adventure games, Platformers, and JRPGS, but there are definitely exceptions if a game really impresses me. Some of my favorite games are the Sonic series, the Kingdom Hearts series, Portal, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Undertale, Mega Man Legends, the original Spyro trilogy, Just Cause 2 & 3, and Tales of the Abyss.

All I play is Rocket League, and whatever game I'm recording that week. Used to play a lot of Last of Us multiplayer, but fell off after I picked up Rocket League. I dunno, I just don't get into a lot of shit anymore.

I collect games, personally. Most of my taste is in retro shit. Megaman, Castlevania, Metal Gear, The Souls series, other things.

I love Skyrim,(and all Todd Howard games) and most action/adventure games. I play a lot of platformers and Nintendo stuff. Though I've dabbled into the FPS scene for awhile (I love Halo and Bioshock 1- Infinite. Yes 2 as well.)
I'll usually play games that are story driven. Telltale's Walking Dead is awesome, and I really enjoyed Life is Strange.
Interested in broadening my horizons all the time though.

My two main franchises I love are Sonic and Ace Attorney. As for separate games, Banjo-Kazooie is probably my favourite overall. I'm more platformers and big adventure games like Zelda. I'm broad with my game selection.

Like Cbgog I'm into a lot of stuff. It's easier to just say I'm not a fan of JRPGs, the annual COD-type stuff, and Sports games.
I love platformers and stuff in that mindset like Donkey Kong Country, the original Crash and Spyro games, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank and so on...
I also like Kart Racers, Action games and a bunch of open world games.
Really into Fallout 4 at the moment, and just got back into Uncharted 2 this evening.
TSo yeah, all sorts of stuff!

Hard to pick favorites. Some of my most respected games include Windwaker, Walking Dead Season 1, Bioshock, DOTA 2(and the original), warcraft 3, and KOTOR 2. The only kinds of games I don't usually play are sports and racing. I'm also a big fan of experiencing cool stories in gaming, whether that's a narrative designed on purpose, or a circumstantial narrative through emergent gameplay.

Once a nintendo kid, always a nintendo kid. Mario/Zelda/Kirby/Metroid/Star Fox, all those big IP's, that's what I enjoy. Outside of Nintendo I've really only played Sonic and Halo.

I play a lot of FIFA.. well, I 'did' until it got completely ridiculous to the point where I didn't care too much for it anymore. It doesn't stop me from loving football as a whole, though.
Aside from that, I love Fighting Games (Tekken, King of Fighters, Street Fighter), RPG Games (Chrono Trigger), Shooter Games (COD and others), plus any other type of game that can hold my attention. For example, I recently bought Super Mario Maker for the Wii-U, and I really got myself into that.
In amongst all that, I'm like 8 Bit Brody, in that I collect/trade Retro Games.. most notably for the Nintendo consoles because those are the consoles that I grew up with as a kid. Though I HAVE been thinking about investing in a Sega Megadrive at some stage.

Lots of PC centric games. Strategy, 4x, EVE (though I hate most other MMOs), etc.
I still have my N64 though!

 This game right here is my favorite game of all god damn time. I honestly can't wait until I get to review it on my channel but its one of the most badass SHMUP games of all time on, and it came out in 1992 on the Sega Genesis. I came for the game, stayed for the Maniac difficulty and the Synthesized Heavy Metal OST. Its so insanely good of a game that its a crime that more people don't know how badass this game truely is. |

Jamestown is a more modern steam punk with difficulty ranging from casual to hardcore Resogun on ps4 is enchanting to watch and play. Raiden 4 (PS3 digital download) is a great arcade cabinet Rom with updated visuals and fun as hell But Lightening Force is one of the harder ones to dip your feet on. In the Thunder force series it's ranked the hardest. Which is sort of weird since I grew up with this and I know it like the back of my hand. |

The Kingdom Hearts franchise is definitely a stand out for me, with Kingdom Hearts 2 being my favorite game of all time. I also really love the Legend of Zelda franchise, Ratchet and Clank franchise and the Final Fantasy franchise. I have a hard time making lists for my favorite individual games, so I will leave it at the franchises.  |
