Hello, Tentacle here.
I am more than aware of a fair share of users here, either due to the mass hoard of /v/ threads or the fact that some of you dudes are post over on r/NormalBootsUnited. Thought I’d join the site, throw my knowledge around. Maybe we’ll learn something from one another.
Video-creation is merely a hobby and I intend to keep it that way. I also occasionally stream, but that’s just something chill for the side. Respective links to said channels can be found in my profile.
Thanks for reading and see you around.

I appreciate your sub count and your genuine criticisms of everyone so far. I hope you help this website avoid being a circle jerk but instead a place where we can all actually grow our styles as well as our channels. I watched bits of your videos, but didn't make it through all of one because Vine culture attention span. Which video is your proudest achievement on your channel?

Eh subs are meaningless if you are not a consistent creator. I am not a fan of my own creations, keeping that age old tradition of artists not loving there own work very much alive. If we want to be technical and talk "business" related achievements; in terms of viewership retention, stats and whatnot "Ghost Squad" would be the one that comes out on top. My brief discussion on "Killer is Dead" got some attention from larger more established channels, but that has terrible statistics.

I dig your artwork and animation you have for the intro. Did you make all that? It's well done

This might just be the actor inside me but the main thing that stuck out is how well you enunciate. There isn't really any moment where you stumble with words (which I am very guilty of) so it makes your videos easier to engage with.
....also Hello! Welcome!...all that stuff.

Welcome! I watched your This War of Mine review. Great quality all around I'd say. I didn't realize there was an expansion, but I'm a PC user so that's probably why. One thing I struggle with on my channel is my script reading, making it sound natural and more exciting. Do you mind if I ask your voice recording setup? Mic? Any compression/EQ?

I just finished watching your THUG video before typing this. Nicely done! I shall be watching some of your others soon, me thinks. That video is fairly old and I feel a poor representation of what I aspire to create in the near future. But thanks for watching! There isn't really any moment where you stumble with words (which I am very guilty of) so it makes your videos easier to engage with. If you stumble, re-record that sentence and continue. The expansion is coming soon the PC, which is a bonus for everyone. My current set-up is the bare minimum, Blue Yeti with a spit-guard into Adobe Audition (Not keen on Audacity) and that is it. No sound booth or anything fancy. Just make sure your room you are recording in has good acoustic, so avoid large open spaces that have echo. If it does not, either create a sound box for your microphone set-up (Just a case of putting it inside a cardboard box and getting some soundproof foam to insulate it. At most, it would cost you about $20 to make) or throw over some sort of bed spread over you and the mic when recording.
