It's always cool to hear people's opinions on games I'd never play. Held me the entire way though and I thought it was well presented. Good work dude, always enjoyable

Some instances where i get a glimpse into a some person, but over still very mono tone. What you're saying is perfect. The accompanying editing is solid. its that last little thing thats keeping it from being an attention grabber all around. I can see people staying for your intelligent words, but i can also see people leaving because their reviewer sounds like they're reading. Def don't stop though, it's getting better.

Good stuff man, could never really get into B&S so it was interesting to hear what I was missing. Have you considered doing a review of Black Desert? Lots of stuff in that game that you could talk in depth about.

Solid review bro. Kept me interested from start to finish.
You did have some strong points and topics to talk about. Thats good to have down.
If you have the game muted for the majority of the video while your talking over, consider adding the games ost as background music at -21.4 to -25.0 DB's so it has something going on while you're talking. It helps keep attention and the viewer immersed in the game your showing.
Solid. Only thing I can find you to improve on is working on adding energy to your voice. You dont need to be all over the place with your voice, but moreso sound a bit more engaging in some aspects, if it makes any sense. It's something youll develop more over time as you go on with each video.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I've been improving my voice since my first review I think but obviously have to do something a bit more drastic for next time. DungeonCreeps, I'm actually playing Black Desert as we speak and am going to review that in the near future! Matt, I have the game sound on whenever there is a clip, but I think I had the volume down in game and didn't pay as much attention to the audio as usual - it's usually louder. I try to spice up my intro/outro with game OST every video. I try not to use it more than that to ward away copyright issues  . |
