I'm new to a dead forum but there's a sort of comfort to that, like a letter in a bottle.
I personally feel like the only reason I make anything is for the personal enjoyment of the process and stepping back and looking at the clusterfuck I've produced.
I was just sipping a beer and reading through threads and checking out videos and I was curious for the few lingering.
Why do you make videos? What's your favorite moment in the video you're most proud of? What's happened since?

My main reason? I mainly just like that Youtube is a platform where you can share your opinions on things and people will actually pay attention to you. I used to have a blog for the same thing, but it's a lot harder to sell a blog than a youtube channel from my experience.
I think I'm most proud of my Animal Crossing video, not because of one single part of it, but because people actually seem to think I had some interesting ideas about the future of the series.
Since then... Well, Limited Lives has grown quite a bit. We've created a pretty decent sized community, especially on the Discord. Hoping for things to only get bigger in the future!

I recently watched the AC video and you have some solid editing ability. That's what I'm trying to work on the most

Thanks man! Considering I've been editing on and off since middle school, I should probably be better than I am, but I try. I really should try and learn After Effects...

"Why do you make videos?" To make people laugh! To encourage thought! TO SECURE THE LEGIONS!
"What's your favorite moment in the video you're most proud of?" THE FUCKING FROG. DONT COME INSIDE ME OR MY SON EVER AGAIN IM DOING IT, IM DYING!
none of those were me, but my buddy cameron in our let's play videos, which are actually decently funny because of his drunk antics.
"What's happened since?" Surprisingly, I have a dedicated group of fans who actually enjoy my stuff most of the time. some of the time. half of the time?
