Obviously the site and forum board works well for us to communicate among ourselves, but I wonder if our own subreddit would be beneficial. It's more accessible to people not a part of limited lives. I don't know how exactly it would work or run, that's up to ContentFreeTime. It's just a thought.
Also would a little intro card like the ones NormalBoots, HiddenBlock, and other groups have be of use? It would help for people to cross reference to other YouTubers I think. My preference would be to keep it very short though, like less than 2 seconds. Since we're just a bunch of nobody's on YouTube a superfluous intro might scare off potential viewers.

a subreddit may be cool. i've been personally thinking of advertising other channels at the end of my videos other than asking people over and over to subscribe to mine at the end of the video. if people like the video they'll hit the damn subscribe button, but a humorous end ad for a partner channel could help others out.

I'm up for both ideas, although a subreddit might not really be beneficial until we get a little larger. I feel like right now it would be probably just be made up of everyone from here and no one else. I could be wrong though.
Also I was thinking about an intro card as well, but I didn't want to force it on anyone joining the site. I suppose I could try and whip up something and make it optional for everyone to use.
So who else here would be interested in using an intro card?

I actually like thegamestatistics idea of putting it at the end. An outro card would be more of my style, I like to jump right into my videos and then put the extra stuff at the end. I would definitely use one though.

Yeah, in a video I'm uploading today I have a link to Limited Lives in the end card.
EDIT: It's actually a playlist link. Apparently you can't embed random website links in a youtube video. Who knew? ><

I think an end card would be decent. Anyone have some good editing software that can make one?

I could slap something together a little down the line.

Make it bounce and be animated.

Out of personal reasons I'll never be using reddit. However a title card would be a good solution. Short, sweet and colorfully animated with a good tag line.

To go along with my already huge collection of PNG images, I've already saved the Limited Lives logo as one from the banner atop the site. Could use that and animate it doing something in the videos for now...?

I’d maybe focus on establishing branding for the site before risking such inclusions in videos. Additionally many of us are relatively small channel size, so including one will hardly pull in more names. As for a subreddit? Maybe down the line, I’d recommend using r/NormalBootsUnited for the time being.

Yeah, I'm more into an outro card than intro. While it's nice having a website for connectivity, I don't want it to be the focus or the first thing you see in my videos. I'm thinking like content creators for Channel Awesome and the such.

Im down to put a like 2 or 3 second intro in my videos that are actually worthwhile. The personal perspectives or quickbytes, but the letsplay stuff...meh. Anyways, I think this is a great idea. Who's still down to do it?

I've just been using an end card, but I'd be down to use a quick intro one as well.

An intro/outro card would definitely be cool, but we'd probably have to figure out how to implement it into our videos.

I personally would like to have either intro/outro card, though I don't remember the last time a YouTuber used an outro card tbh.

Okay, I think this will be my next project. I'll start working on something you guys can use in your intros/outros if you want. If anyone has any ideas for creative input, I'm all ears.
